Tube map and how it affects Grainger's high rise design.

Regarding the tube line map. It shows in more detail, the map of layout platforms under the station. This shows why Grainger’s design has two towers not a continuous tower wall around the site. They are restricted for height by light removal for properties on West Green Road and Suffield Road and weight over the tube line at the front and the centre. So that is why we have this funny well design and two towers either side of the track. Assume they will have to put some sort of raft over the tube line to support the tower/wall in Seven Sisters Road or drill down between the three tracks.
Haringey planning have also complication the design by requesting that the Seven Sisters Road Pavement is widened. Making foundations difficult or maybe the foundation supports to land that does not belong to Grainger’s.
