Roll Up, Roll Up!

The great WCC winter fundraiser is here, full of dancers, acrobats, performers of all shapes and sizes along with a DJ and some great food. It's not to be missed!

We're fund-raising to cover the costs of the legal challenge we are bringing against Haringey Council's decision to grant permission to Grainger's demolition plans for Wards Corner (see below). Even so admission is only £4 (£3conc.) or more if you're feeling generous, so you can have a great night out, support a local community fight for their livelihood and not even break the bank!

WCC and Claimant against Haringey Council granted leave to appeal in the High Court.

After Haringey Council granted Grainger planning permission in November 2008, it was challenged by a judicial review. The first round was unsuccessful and the appeal against the verdict will be heard in early May.
